Swim Lanes provide end to end information of what is happening in the each business department and what are the requirements to be made after each domain.
Personas
Persona is an imaginary invented personality which is used in the mass market research criteria. It is useful when there are multiple and similar users in the market and it is difficult to interview each of them. In this case, few people are interviewed and a persona is created based upon their choices and needs.
Innovation Workshops
These workshops are organized when there are large number of stakeholders. In this team members and stakeholders discuss and provide the innovative ideas to meet the business requirements. The BA facilitate the whole group and these workshops end with innovative ideas to improve the models. It is also useful to develop the existing model and replacing the existing models.
External Strategy - In this strategy, it includes activities and requirements required in the project.
ReplyDeleteExternal Strategies are : get know about the goals and the stakeholders and the sponsors. Business requirements which is necessary in the project.
Internal Strategy - This strategy includes the variety of solutions to build the small increments.
Internal Strategies are : Business Analyst and the stakeholders work on the purpose of the business. The scope and business events are determined by work investigation.
Personas are important because they allow a company to have data of stakeholders who are not always available. This enables companies to increase research and create personas of similar stakeholders to run simulations.
ReplyDeleteA swim lane (or swim lane diagram) is used in process flow diagrams, or flowcharts, that visually distinguishes job sharing and responsibilities for sub-processes of a business process. Swim lanes may be arranged either horizontally or vertically.
