Chapter 10

Functional requirements vs non-functional requirements:

Functional are requirements of what a feature should do. Non-functional are how the feature should work. It is important to know the difference and make sure both are defined in the project or product. Also these requirements guide the work that needs to be done and helps developers know exactly what to do for certain features.

Comments

  1. Functional requirements refer to the things a feature should do. Company or the product is more conserned about this feature because this focuses on the future features and involves the image and reputation of the product for example Bell MTS is focused on the proper working of Features of Fibe TV. I think that Finctional features are really important but we cannot ignore the non functional part aswell. It is important to make sure that inteoduced features are doing thier job correctly.
