BRG Module 3 BUC and The Brown Cow Model

Business Use case involve some process to achieve a business goal or to make the changes to the existing techniques.

For example, To ensure the delivered product work properly or not we follow some process to evaluate the procedure.
In Bell MTS whenever a new service is introduced, it's performance is tracked. The online surveys are conducted, then customers are asked to provide the relevant feedback and then that feedback is used to implement the changes and assure the delivery of product or service accurately. In this way, the value of product is enhanced and improved.

The Trawling for business also involves the Brown Cow Model. In this business analysts evaluate that what we have at present and what changes are required to be made in the future.They also consider the business focus for today as well as future. Their are basically four quadrants, what are the business cases(today and future each) and how the systems to be used( future and present each)

    Business analyst are required to observe and learn the work. The business analyst have to organized requirements to manage the activities and for the communication process. There is need to change the business requirements into technical requirements which is done by business analyst.

    This blog also talks about the Brown Cow Model. This model explain the importance of the requirement and the duty of the BA how to perform that part.

    As Parul discussed about the ensured good quality service after the product has been delivered and this can be related well as the importance of communication between the producer and the customer as we need the feedback for knowing that what the customer needs after the product has been delivered.

    As we know that BellMTs is a telecommunication company. It always updates the existing techniques or improves their services. For instance, BellMts always send the feedback form to the person after he or she called the BellMTs services. Then BellMTs will collect these information to improve their customer service. Furthermore, BellMTs release an online survey to ensure the customers have a convenient way to share their ideas and suggestions.

    The Brown Cow model is a way of reducing the complexity of systems modeling by dividing the model’s viewpoints. The business focuses on current things and considers the future.
    In the How Now part, the company focus on current implementation. In the What Now part, it is focusing on everything has to happen on matter how it happens.
