2) Manage the requirements: It involves updating the requirements and making the changes in the processes whenever required to keep it active all the time.

4) Assess the requirements: It involves evaluating the requirements and making the changes within the scope.
5) Approve the requirements: It involves the acceptance of stakeholders for requirements that are considered to be changed and maintained.
