Effective Communication is the one of the most important factor to achieve success in any project because it is the main cause to reduce the conflicts and barriers. It helps to transmit our messages and ideas to other people in a group, effectively and efficiently.

Effective communication mainly depends upon 6 core factors:
Communicator, Encoding, the type of message, the medium to send it, decoder and the feedback.

Further, here is some information about the Requirements of life cycle management which is required for success of the business.

This cycle mainly helps the business analyst to connect the organization, employees and the stakeholders together. It involves some tasks and duties which should be performed by the business analyst to maintain the requirements and by designing some sort of tactics.

This cycle starts when there is some business need which requires maintenance, it perpetuates with some solutions and techniques used for its development and it terminates when the requirement is fulfilled.

This cycle includes various tasks which should be completed to achieve a result:

1) Trace the requirements: It involves analyzing and maintaining the connectivity in  requirements, changes and solutions by considering the various factors as cost, design, risk involved, time required and etc.

2) Manage the requirements: It involves updating the requirements and making the changes in the processes whenever required to keep it active all the time.

3) Prioritize the requirements:  It means working and meeting the requirements for the most important and urgent areas first.

4) Assess the requirements: It involves evaluating the requirements and making the changes within the scope.

5) Approve the requirements: It involves the acceptance of stakeholders for requirements that are considered to be changed and maintained.
