Focus of business requirements gathering
Business requirements are the vital part of initializing a project. It is a process of collecting the needs of the customers and prepare the objectives for how to deliver, satisfy or meet the business requirements. It focuses on the customer's needs and problems and on finding their solutions.

It is not necessary that the feedback or the reply given by the customer is accurate because some times customers are unaware of the things or situation that what is going on. So instead of remaining totally dependent on the customer's feedback, Workers should do research on the needs by their own understanding.

Although the workers should not be totally dependent on the feedback from the customers as the feedback might not be helpful or even might not come from customers side so it is better to work on their own.
Business requirement gatherings are very important and critical to create the software since this is the part that you get the information needed to make what the customer need.
