Needs

Needs related to lots of things. The range of needs are from basic survival needs satisfied by necessities to cultural and social needs. For the marketing needs, it is a driver of human action which marketers try to identify, emphasize, and satisfy, and around which promotional efforts are organized. Such as business needs, stakeholder needs and product needs.

Project Blast off

It is a series of activity to start a requirements project. It collects enough information to get a project to launch and ensure this project is viable and measurable. A project blast off may prepare a few hours or several days because it is depending on the size of a projects and uncertainty of a project.

    The project blast off process starts with defining a project scope which is initiated with the meeting of key stakeholders who launch the foundation for a project. Moreover, it leads to the introduction of basic functionalities of a project that is what it will be and for what purpose.
    This all continue with the introduction of the best stakeholders, defining and reducing the involvement of constraints, defining the terminologies to be used, making the facts more clear, estimation of a budget and in end to take the decision regarding the continuity of a project.

    Introducing a project also requires a formality guide which act as a reference to a project depending upon a size. Project sizes are categorized as a rabbit, horse and elephant projects.

    The rabbit projects are the brief documented projects but their is always a clear scope behind them.
    The horse project are more detailed and formal. They are usually for about 6 months.
    Elephant projects are the longest and the most complex projects.

    Project blastoff means the starting of the project as all the projects needs starting requirements in which the person has to collect the information to launch the project. So it is necessary to understand the project. Talking about the stakeholders, they encourage to communicate in positive manner when they get know about different variety and view points.

    Different categories in the project blastoff:
    Rabbit projects - The projects in this category are too small as they are described briefly because of this project is completed in less time.
    Horse projects - This project takes more than six months, moreover, it consist of multiple computers. It is formal concept and detailed information is described in this project.
    Elephant projects - The projects required the big business meetings as they take more time, however, complexity and time length is the part of these projects because the information is detailed and reviewed.

    Needs
    There are several needs for a particular project and these needs need to be fulfilled in order to make a project successful. The initial step for a project can be said as project blastoff

    Project Blastoff
    It is one of the first steps in a project that needs to be done in order to start off a project. This step mainly refers to starting off the project by collecting resources and information. The stakeholders should also be informed and included so that they also know that what the project is and they should be encouraged to invest in.

    Now coming on the different categories of the project blastoff
    Rabbit project- This refers to a small project and takes less time
    Horse project- This kind refers to the type in which the project is formal and has many things involved including technical and computer work and support
    Elephant project- As suggested by the name itself this type refers to the project that is big and complex and generally takes much more time than the types mentioned above.

    Project blastoff means the project launch countdown like a rocket blastoff but to that happen all the information about it need to be collected in order to finally launch it.

    Another point is the types of projects, like for example, the "Rabbit" project that s small and fast. Another type is the "Horse" project that takes more time than the "Rabbit" and needs more information, it usually takes more than 6 months. The last type is the "Elephant" type that according to the name is an even larger project and required much more effort since it needs more meeting more data collection and much more time.

    Project blastoff is important to so that the team can learn about everyone involved and the scope of the project. It is also important so that a common solution can be known and all team members are knowledgeable about the project.

Business Use case involve some process to achieve a business goal or to make the changes to the existing techniques. For example, To ensure the delivered product work properly or not we follow some process to evaluate the procedure. In Bell MTS whenever a new service is introduced, it's performance is tracked. The online surveys are conducted, then customers are asked to provide the relevant feedback and then that feedback is used to implement the changes and assure the delivery of product or service accurately.
